The Wine C.A.R.T.™, Cincinnati's premier wine tasting boutique, is now open! The Wine C.A.R.T.™, located in West Chester, Ohio, will offer wine by the bottle, glass, flight, or an individual tasting, tasty treats that complement our wines, as well as entertaining tasting courses, and special night out events. At the Wine C.A.R.T.™ we work hard to make sure that your “wine experience” is fun, affordable, and as comfortable as possible.

Visit our store location to learn more about wine; host a wine tasting event in one of our conference areas; plan a catered event for your “special celebrations” where we will pair the wine for the event; or attend a lively, non-intimidating wine class to learn what you like. 

Besides selling commercial, boutique wines, the Wine C.A.R.T.™ will be featuring Ohio wines and sharing the rich history of when Cincinnati, Ohio was considered the “Rhine of America”. Come for a wine tasting or relax and enjoy some wine while you use our free wi-fi or enjoy a book or wine magazine.

How It All Started

The Wine C.A.R.T. is the brainchild of Chris Waugh who has spent the last three years redefining her career goals to combine her passion of wine, education, and entertaining customers who want to learn more about wine, or those that enjoy a little wine speak chatter.

Her experience in the wine world began nearly 12 years ago when she and her husband, Mike, often traveled around the world tasting international wines, and spending a considerable amount of time in Napa and Sonoma Counties in California tasting their way through their vacations.

Since then, not only did she up the ante on her wine budget, she started a part-time job in wine sales working for a distributor. Waugh says she adored her job of selling wine, in mostly chain stores and independent retailers. When she realized she could take her hobby and turn it into a business, the Wine C.A.R.T.™ was born.
